I found the problem with the sunroof. The black metal tung on the front of the sunroof panel was loose so was not making good contact with the proximity switch. At least I can secure the roof.

I just changed mine this spring. Bought on ebay for $89 for a pair. Mahle brand which required shorter bolts and no nuts. I believe they are the turbo style. Fit right in and at the right price.
