is there a way to test the expansion valve? Will the strong vacuum pull unclog it? The part is like $100. The manual says there is a low pressure reading if its bad. I guess im kinda hoping...

check both pins on your Temp2 sensor in Ohms to ground both cold and warm and report the resistance.
Temp2 has the blue connector going to it.
