Newlyt rebuilt engine and new clutch,new paint job but not good one,new struts,needs seats recovered,otherwise interior looks good.Radio doesn't work.

I have a wire coming out of harness near 12 pin plug it is yellow,its not the one that belongs on plug that one is there,this one has bayonet connectorand is about 12 inches long.
