If this helps, a quick dial measurement on my heads was a 94.8-ish mm Inside measurement is hard to get right at the edge on both sides and at exact widest part. Seems reasonable to call them 95mm....

Thanks for the reply. According to many emails with MAHLE, they are both for a 3.2 Motronic. The pins measure at 23mm. The dome heights were made at 9.3mm and 10.0mm. Their volumes...

Original build was going to use 98mm 9.8cr Mahle P&C on a 1989 3.2 Engine with a 964 cam and SW chip. SSI's or another exhaust would also be used if they were worth it.

So the original question of this thread was how to seal the valve covers to prevent a oil leak. If the engine is healthy, then shouldn't there be no oil behind...
