Thanks Bob I did not know they were different for different year 3.2 Carrera's. My car is an 87 so I guess I would prefer one that is correct for the car. Thanks!

I used a flat blade screw driver wrapped in a cloth to pry it out. I was careful not to pry on the dash though. It came out rather easy once it started moving.

Did you click the restore or the sync? Restore sets it back to original settings, and then you can sync your songs and all back to it after it is restored. Usually works if its a software problem...
