Matter of fact, I do still have such a cheap antenna from when I replaced the rusted out LF fender, and didn't want to drill an antenna hole in it.
I may have to go back to using that one....

on my 1970 911E Targa, the sandblasted almost opaque windshield finally had to be replaced. The new one has the antenna laminated inside the glass.
