CURRENTLY ,MY 1971 911 HAS P225/50R16 tires on the rear, can i replace those tires with P245/45R16.Looks like i have the room but i would feel better with other opinions

LOOKING FOR THE ANSWER TO A STRANGE PROBLEM.
