I don't think he flushed it with alcohol before adding the silicon. So there is probably silly putty in the system now.

I don't mind the expense, but its probably easier to pick up a quart of Castrol for make up oil than to buy 2...

And forever is kind of an exageration. Its probably all of one half a second. But it seems like forever compared to bronze syncros.

Well, I guess my syncros are tired. If I want to shift down to second gear at 55 mph, I have to double clutch or it takes an eternity for the synrco to do the job.
