Find original plate

Do a web search for the year of the plate you need. There are real old plates available but expensive. Make sure they are certified (or something like that). I had one on my 56 ford F100. :)

Most insurance companies do not do agreed value. But those with limited use do have...

Someone is offering me a 1971 914 conversion (has a rebuilt/low-mile 2.7 six professionally installed).

This is where I got the information about the 2.7 Engine. Should be a serial number on it....

If it is a 2.7 engine, then the head studs should have been replaced with the upgraded develar (spelling) to keep them from pulling out of the case. Has this been done.????

:( If it is not on the ground or fillling up the radiator, it is going out the tailpipe. Blown headgasket ---- probably. Or worse something internal broken. Time for compression check, leak down....

Question 92 318is fog light falling out

The left side fog light does not stay in the bracket. It looks like the tabs on the light do not sit against anything on the bracket. The spring clip does work.

Anyway is it best to replace both...
