I have always been interested in the NSX and they sound like a great car for a now near vintage "supercar". Unfortunately they are pretty hard to find over here (Australia) and go for at least...

Unfortunately yes she knows.
It wasn't so much of a problem when I was looking, nor when I bought it. When she spends money on crap however (well what I consider crap), I just better not say...

Bought my car in guards red, as it was my favourite colour for a 911 (but I'm also sometimes stuck in the 80's ;))

Second would definately be a yellow. I saw a Talbot Yellow not long ago, and...

I always wanted the classic 80's red sports car. I started to really like GP White when I saw a couple of nice 911's, but in the end I'm very happy with the red.

Soon to be (hopefully) new Porsche owner - wheels question

I have put down a deposit on this car, subject to a PPI from my mechanic.
The car is fully original (1986 3.2 Carrera), other than the wheels.

Australian Carrera 3.2 power differences

I was just wondering from you guys about the differences in driving the Aussie delivered Carrera 3.2's (pre G50 so 84-86).
I know the 84/85 cars had the 231hp, and it dropped to 207hp in '86. I also...

Over here I can get a 964 for about the same money as a good 3.2.
I 'm not after a 964 however as I don't want a "modern" porsche and like the older, "rawer" porsches better (ie no power steering,...

I am surprised the poll is heavily weighted in the favour of the Carrera. I guess I shouldn't be as they are a better car (ie more advanced), and worth more...

I did a bit more research into the engine numbers and the reason the SC felt quicker than the 3.2 is because
the 3.2 engine is the 204hp version, not the 231hp version, and the SC is 180hp plus the...
