I have a 3.2L motor, 10.5/1 CR, with twin plugs and individual throttle bodies. What is the rule of thumb in what should the maximum timing advance be at full throttle ising normal 93 octane fuel?

The problem is not with hyper flashing but when a left or right turn blinker is turned, 4 way flashing is emitting. This did not happen with the standard bulbs.
