Cylinder scoring

Hey, I need some help! After a track day oil was found over the engine and pooling under the intake. I had the motor inspected and found Oil pooling under intake. The shop Performed leak down and compression tests. 15% leakage on cylinder #2, scoring on bank one cylinder walls. What can I do short of scrapping the motor. Can I replace bank 1 cylinders and pistons? Do you have any suggestions? I want to track the car...?
Thanks for the discussion.

Peter

It would be highly unadvisable to try and replace just a couple of cylinder liners. You should do them all, and use the better LN versions to eliminate future issues.

I just finished reading Jake Raby's article on Cylinder Bore Scoring. It may be expensive, but fortunately it may not mean scrapping the engine.

The oil on the motor is likely the air/oil separator
Bore scoring won’t cause oil to get out of the motor except out of the tail pipe
