Interruption of diesel availability
I was speaking to my VW guy, the other day about availability of diesels in the next few months. He advised me VW will not be able to bring in diesels after Dec 31, until North American fuel reaches a certain standard for sulfur content.
As a stop gap measure, VW plans to provide stripped-out versions of Golfs and Jettas to reduce the cost (several thousands cheaper) in hopes of retaining customers. Les
