Question Do stock e36 spring hats work with M3 springs and struts?

I am about to install M3 springs and struts into a 93 325i and am curious if anyone has done so, while utilizing their stock spring hats and strut bearings.

I am quite positive that you will need different parts. Also, I think the sway bars attach at different points on the M3 suspension. It'd be best if you could also get a pair of M3 sway bars unless you are good at mickey mousing things.
