Question Conforti CAI from 328 to M3

i will be trading in my 97 328is for a 99 M3 in the near future. my 328is currently has a $350 Jim Conforti cold air intake in it, a $350 i would not like to spend again. Will i be able to swap the intake and the stock airbox from the M3?

Stup, I think the M3 airbox has that additional cold air snorkel that replaces the duct that extends from the front of the airbox to the grill. It should still fit in a 328, but I think drilling into the brake duct & relocating the horn is necessary. Otherwise, he could still use the airbox, but would have to buy the regular duct for a 3 series.
