cold weather - not starting - HELP

'95 325i M50 engine

since the cold snaps this winter, car won't start under 20 (f) degrees.

i've changed my battery, still sounds like its starved for fuel, as it sputters like other posts describe their non-starting 325i's.

i'd appreciate ANY suggestions to look into. i know there is not a cold start valve, so....is it the plugs? WHAT????

3/4 premium tank, heet already inside.

PLEASE give any ideas.

hiya jared;

i meant 'heet' brand gas dryer. as far as the sound, it sounds like it's about to start every couple of seconds, but never kicks in. that's what i describe as starved for fuel. i took out a spark plug and it was carboned up and smelled like fuel. it also looked worn. the gap was also well over .32...almost .55 so i will replace them tomorrow. can this be the problem, as i am now getting a full 650 cold cranking amps?

any tips would be used!

mark
