Clunk from left front after stop
'87 325is with 96k miles makes clunk noise at left front after coming to a complete stop. No noise while car is moving over bumps or turns. Clunk is only at the last instant before car comes to a stop. Noise goes away after driving in rain or washing, and returns after several weeks of dry weather. Replacing rotors and pads did not fix. Any ideas?
