Removing Window Squeege
The car is a 95 318i. How do the window squeeges on the two front doors come off. I'm talking about the black rubber strip you see on the outside of the door that seals the glass as it is raised or lowered.

The other day I removed the door panel on my E36 M3 and I think the squeege was accessible with the panel off. I don't know if it is possible to do without removing the panel but I may be.
Door panel removal was easy. I was just two Torx screws under the inside door pull and the inside door latch cover slid off to the front of the car. Then just plastic clips to pop out all around. Oh, and disconnect the door speakers.

The rubber piece you want to remove can be removed after the door panel is removed. There are some little metal clips holding the piece in place. Look at the clips carefully. There is a little metal tab that grips a small detent in the metal and holds the piece in place.

Thanks guys. I was tugging at it a bit without removing the door panel. I now know better.
