Engine Surges While Passing
When traveling at highway speed and my 1995 325i conv auto trans goes to downshift under acceleration the engine surges and the tach "hunts" 400 - 500 rpms. I thought I had seen a tech article regarding an internal transmission gasket/seal repair to solve this problem. The article included a repair kit # along with the instructions. Can anyone help me with this. Thanks.
