Question Peake Tool Codes

1996 328is - CEL is on and I'm getting the following codes with the Peake tool:

First # shown is 11 meaning use Chart 11 then:

C9 = PreCat oxygen sensor no activity, Cyl #4-6

45 = Electrical fuel pump relay

E8 = PreCat oxygen sensor switching Time, Cyl #4-6

dC = ??

Am I safe to assume the C9 & E8 codes indicate that I need to replace my precat oxygen sensor? I recently bought the car then stored it for winter but before the car was put away it had a noticeable lack of power/acceleration.

Although I'm not driving the car during the winter it does start very well and appears to run smoothly. Could the code 45 (electrical fuel pump relay) possibly indicate a dirty connection?

The final code shown appears as dC. I can't find a code within chart 11 for this so was wondering if anyone has seen this appear before?

Thanks a bunch for any help.
