rack and pinion
1991 318is I am sure this question sound silly to most of the expert in here. But I like to make sure after a long process of installing a major part like the rack and pinion I finish it up with the correct fluid. I don't have the bentley manual for this car yet, the owners manual only calls for "ATF" for the fluid in the power sterring. Is that ATF as in MERCON DEXRON III and other series or the AFT type F that is being used on Fords? Please educate me so I can finish the job tonight or first thing tomorrow. I miss not driving the car. Thank for the help.
