OK I have another car we're working on.

Some young man had it at a repair shop and could not afford the repair bill., so he purchase another BMW from the man, then totaled that car and wanted his old BMW back, but he still owed for the totaled car and the repair bill. The shop owner put a shop lien on it and we purchased it. But before we could get there to pick it up the shop owner let the young man get some of his belongings out of it and the fellow took the car's key! No problem that's an easy fix. We got it on the trailer after unlocking the steering column and brought her home.

My husband has installed replacement locks and ignition, but now we think this young man might have put the anti theft security code into the OBC for spite so the repair shop owner could not do anything with the car.

There is not spark at the coil and we can not hear the fuel pump engage.

Is there a way to take care of this little problem we have now?
