BMW Roundel ecu does not give signal for ignition coil...

why the ecu does not give signal for ignition coil(4th cylinder)....e36 320 japan spec....

Can be anything from a broken wire to and from the ECU, to a blown transistor or chip in the ECU. Or something as simple as a loose earth wire ...

usually is the final stage of the ignition coil that goes bad inside the ECU.
