M Logo external temperature sensor

Hey guys
got a question
where is the thee external temperature sensor for the computer. The 95 M3 Im driving reads -1 degrees right now. and its currently 50 degrees out

I ve heard its around a wheel well but i dont know what im looking for

I have owned about 6 of these cars and only one has worked so far

what do you guys think??

It is in the air duct that goes from the air dam below the bumper to cool the brake. Right-hand side facing the car from the front.

Easy R&R. Make sure that the problem is not a corroded plug first.
