Cooling System Refurbishment

I am about to pick up the cylinder head for my daughter's '95 325is from the machine shop. After a severe overheat the head was warped and my machinist milled the head back to flat. I am in need of an oversize head gasket as well as all of the gaskets for the top end. I would like to buy them as a set but I only see the oversize sold separately and not part of a set. To buy the rest individually is a pain. I have secured everything else I need replacing thermostat, water pump, all hoses as well the radiator. Any suggestions or advice?

I assume you know how much was milled and that an oversize gasket is necessary.
