I'm installing a new clutch in my Son's '96 328is and thought I'd replace the tranny fluid while I had the box out. But, it has a large yellow sticker that claims it contains "Lifetime" fluid and that it should not be changed. Any input?

I'm not a huge fan of lifetime fluid, I think that it's a marketing slogan, and it can cause problems for older cars. I guess BMW only thought the cars would make it to 100,000 miles and not beyond?
