How do you go about testing the signal?

JIM Comments: REPLACED FINAL STAGE .DID NOT FIX PROBLEM
May 27, 2013
Followup from the Pelican Staff: Did you test the signal to the final stage as suggested? This is the best way to go about it. If signal from control panel to final stage is present, the final stage will not be the problem. - Nick at Pelican Parts

Monitor the input from the control panel, it should change as you change speed requests. Once you confirm the input is valid, check the output to the blower motor, it will vary as the speed requests change. Use a digital multimeter when testing. You will need wiring diagram applicable to your vehicle
