For my 94 325is, both front turn signal lights are not working while the sides and rear are working same situation regardless if my headlights are on or off, I tried replacing both light bulbs, then bulb sockets but no luck. When I use my turn signals, the turn signal lights in my dashboard flashes very fast compared to when the lights were working properly.

The fast flashing indicates a bulb is out. If the front bulbs are not working, I would start there. Check to see if the bulbs are getting power and ground then you activate the turn signal. You may have a broken wire or bad bulb socket.
