I have a 92 BMW 525i and a mechanic told me I have a short form battery and the problem is behind the dash can anyone help everything is new starter alternator new battery and I don't even get a click help

Make sure the large terminal on the starter has battery voltage to it. You may have an open circuit from the battery to this large terminal on the starter.
