Question on BMW 3-Series E36 O2_Sensor

Hi, I have a 03 bmw 318ci. I have car revving problems in idle, EML on and losing power in lower gears. Got it checked at garage and told me a 02 sensor needed replacing. 2 weeks later EML back on and no improvement still the same problems. I had a few different people look at it and cannot figure it out. Also ABS lights coming on intermittely at various speeds with a scrathing noise underneath the front of the car. Any ideas??

Could be a faulty throttle control module. I would start by checking the DME for fault codes. If the system is not working properly, a fault code will be set. This will be your best bet when diagnosing.
