I have a 07 328xi. As I slow down, to make a turn and accelerate slowly, between 15-20 mph. The car shudders, feel the whe car shake. Once I am up past 20mph, it goes away.

Inspect the front axles. See if they rotate smoothly without binding. You may have a bad CV joint.
