I have replaced all lamps, rear light assemblies and brakelight switch. I cannot get my driver side running light to work along with my driver side tail light and brake light. I know the rear assembly on the driver's side is good as it works if I plug into the passenger side rear wiring system. So it must be the driver side wiring system? Can you make any next step recommendations?

What vehicle are you working on? You can start by getting a wiring diagram. COnfirm the correct signal is getting to the splice or junction for that light.
