CA SMOG laws
Has anyone here heard what the new CA smog laws are for 2003?
I heard that as of January 1 2003, all cars 1974 and earlier are now exempt from emissions testing in California. Anybody hear anything to the contrary? |

Check the DMV website if you have any doubts, it is 74 and earlier.
