Question - E30 Transmission Rail Dimensions

Can someone give me the dimension of the rail to rail trans mount on the e30M3 chassis (it is likely the same on all E30's but I don't know that). I have a S14/265 combo in and E21 chassis and want to use the middle trans mount but don't know if it will fit the E21 chassis -- about 12.5 inches. Thanks
