i understand the liabilty of such a modification (unlike the bulk of our culture i am not a litigous person so i wont be in court after anyone should something happen). first bike, the ducati had no such operation and from the factory was a suicide stand, in regards to it kicked up on its own via the spring. a slight bump to the bike could unload the stand and whammo.
