I can't speak on the 2010's, but my 2014 Panamera 4S (I believe it was the first year of the 3.0TT V6?) was completely problem free during my three years of ownership. I had to top off a quart of oil every 10K, and replaced the Pilot Super Sports at 23K miles. Besides that, while running it in the canyons once I had a random low coolant light pop up, but some distilled water fixed that right away.
