The wire comes forward out of the "taco plate" on the bottom of the engine, then across the front of the engine, to the area of the oil cooler. The bracket crimped onto the wire goes onto one of the oil cooler bracket's mounting bolts. (Were there two brackets? If so, I forget where the other one goes.) The wire then goes up through a hole in the engine tin or the engine shelf that has a grommet in it, and plugs into a rectangular box connector in the area under the battery.

The wires should be green with a black stripe.

The wire runs up through the main wiring harness in the center tunnel to the area where the center console would be. There should be a multiple connector there for the center console wiring. The console harness plugs in there; if you instead are mounting a dash-mounted gauge then run another wire from that area along the main wiring harness into the footwell and then up to the dashboard.
