I would remove it and soak it in something like CLR to get rid of the corrosion. Corrosion seems to happen in a lot of locations throughout this little plumbing system. Trace out the hose routing of these squirters and you'll find a lot of leak points at the crimp clamps and especially at the pump itself.
I'm not sure about a SC like Super's but i'm pretty sure the later ones in Carreras and newer are heated? So the heating element also helps to create some corrosion in the nozzles.
