Obviously when one discuses a binary question (legalize recreational marijuana...or not), the argument for or against must be binary (yes or no). I find it odd that poor rationale is called nuance. I could make the case that your failure to embrace my position similarly derives from your lack of any ability to understand or process nuance. But that is really not an intelligent argument (it is easy/lazy and not very useful).

Sounds like a cop-out to me. Make your case or refute mine.
