It would be great to have some sort of mid-Atlantic early car group drive or something (though snow and salt will be here soon).
The Ches. PCA is having a Swap Meet on December 7 in Cockeyville which isn't too far from the PA line.

Yesterday I installed a front swap bar and got a good look at the brakes. Plenty of pad material and rotors look good but the car doesn't stop as well as I would like it too.
Did some "spirited" driving and realized I need better brakes...then bigger wheels, tires, etc. the list goes on
