No... no way to prove it. Even if the other ones are over inflated, they could just say, "Oh, we forgot to fill that one that exploded." or "The others might have been over inflated, but that one was right." No way to prove any story either way. How worn were your tires? Tires are engineered to have a huge margin of safety, since they are a crutial part and often the pressure is not regulated (how often does the average Joe check their tire pressure?). They shouldn't blow... even if over inflated. If over inflated, you should get uneven wear... heavier wear in the center of the tread. Where did the blow out occur (location on the tire)? On the sidewall? In the tread? Are you sure you didn't catch something on the roadway?
