Beyond what proporsche suggested you might also check, if you have cruise control, the cruise throttle cable connector to the throttle linkage. The tabs on mine broke and on occasion the throttle would appear to stick for a second. Not figuring out the issue I had a scary occurrence of the throttle cable sticking at full throttle as the connector gets stuck. If you do a search you’ll see references to zip ties to secure it as the cable is no longer available.

Just another items to inspect and confirm.
