Any winds above 50 get kinda dicey. We have had 60 MPH winds here and no damage. Our storage shed is not anchored down, but it is in the back yard corner, and sheltered between our house, and the neighbors sheds and a stockade fence. We had it put in right where I wanted, but it is not anchored down with anything but gravity. It is a wood frame building with metal panels and a baked on epoxy finish. It has been there 22 years with just a few dents from my mowing the yard, and a few hail storms over the years.
