Electric to Manual Window Retrofit

Hi guys, in the never ending tinkering with my car process, I thought it might be neat to look into converting my very slow power windows to manual. There are quite a few good threads on what's needed insofar as converting a power windowed car to manual windows using factory parts, but I did stumble across this product in one of the posts:

https://www.rosepassion.com/en/parts-porsche-911-1983-eu-3-0sc-targa-manual-gearbox-5-speed/bodywork-271/door-313/p572057-kit-to-transform-electric-window-lift-mechanism-to-manual-version-3830-0-572057

It looks fairly straight forward (more so than swapping out the regulators), but wanted to check if anyone on the board had used these or if anyone had any other thoughts. I reached out to the manufacturer (Sikkens racing in Italy) and they confirmed the regulators don't need to come out - apparently just unbolt the motor from the regulator and insert the device in its place. Looks pretty simple and cost effective. Either way I'd need new door panels and the crank handle, but might be less annoying in the long run than a slow motor and sticky switches.
