Late idler arms are wider and don't use spacers. It's not like the carrera tensioners spray oil out sufficiently to cause a pressure drop. If your engine puts out 60# pressure, you won't notice any difference. The cam fittings with a smaller bore can raise system pressure, but less is going to the cam and rockers. Your call.
