I think you have a plan already. I would make sure you have one driving car at all times. That means either getting the 2.0 ready and swap that in the 66 in a short amount of time, or ot means getting the body of the widebody targa ready and swapping the 3.0 over quickly.
In my book nothing is worse than a car on blocks. Do yourself a favor and keep only one car in that state.
Now, last question... is the 912 a targa too? I like the racecar and turbo idea, but why do it to a targa?
