P/S pump is no big deal as long as the rack is not leaking. Check the rack carefully for leaks. Power Steering is great until it breaks. Check all the bushings, ball joints, and struts and shocks. pay attention to the strut mounts up top (cracking). Is the engine/oil pan wet or caked with oil, etc....

Rule of thumb do the oil cooler seals with the belts and waterpump. Have the garage do the seals before purchase. Not hard but a PIA.

You can fit small,starving,ethiopian children in the back if they are laying down, just kidding.
