My advice is go find the parts catalog for you car. It is available for free from Porsche.com
I have a 85 911 and I just did that bushing replacement. It is a real tedious and not fun process. I removed my driver's side seat and steering wheel just to have the access to the console.
Find the parts catalog, and it will show you an exploded view drawing of the console. Take a lot of pictures of everything as you take it apart. And good luck.
