The answer is probably "no". Mark and Susan at DEVEK have made awesome mods to their car, but in order for them to break the 200-mph barrier they wouldn't be going to the 4.11 gears. The transaxle is not something that you can find those kind of gears to fit, either. The 928 is a high speed machine, not a drag racer.
Having said that, I have a fellow '83 928 friend, who has my identical car except his is an auto, but with some other mods, and he drag races his '83 with amazing success. You can find him here, and just address a post to him and you'll get some very good info.
