Early 74s had them up on top of the gas tank near the brake fluid reservoir. Later 74s had them in the engine bay, either hanging off the battery tray or on the firewall or on the rear bulkhead.

Pelican might be able to get them new (try 888-280-7799) but used is probably the cheapest bet. Some people just tear them off, so you may be able to pick one up cheap. Try our Parts For Sale BBS and the one over on the 914club (dot-com) website.
